I have professional indemnity insurance with the Psychologists Protection Society.
Confidentiality
As a counsellor, I have an obligation to have regular and ongoing supervision to enhance the quality of my work and ensure that I, first and foremost, promote my clients wellbeing. Therefore, I may discuss our work but you will always be anonymous and individual details will remain strictly confidential. My supervisor is also bound by the same code of ethics and confidentiality requirements as myself.
The only exceptions to maintaining confidentiality is where there is reasonable evidence to suggest you may be of harm to yourself or others. I will always discuss any disclosure with you initially in order to empower and support you.
Cancellation policy
48 hours notice is required to cancel a session without incurring a fee for the session. This can be done through email or text messaging.
Payment
£45 per session
There are a few spaces at a concession rate for those who are struggling financially.
Payments should be made 48 hours in advance of sessions, via bank transfer.
